This Workshop will help you:
Identify a selection of native herb plants and their culinary and well-being use
Sow, grow and propagate your favourite herbs – to be grown indoors, in a container or outdoors
Explore the wisdom and folklore of herbs as part of Irish heritage and the added emotional, physical, social and ecological benefits of including in your diet, gardens and lifestyle
A range of practical demonstrations on how to use herbs for your wellbeing – culinary recipes and tastings, home made body care products, herbal crafting and journaling.
