Happy 10th Birthday to County Wicklow PPN (Public Participation Network).
I was delight to attend their birthday celebrations on Saturday 15th of June in the beautiful surroundings of Festine Lente where I had the opportunity to thank all the community members and groups who through the PPN have contributed so much to County Wicklow.
